Company Policies Cancellation Policy Inspection Services Cancellation Policy Client/Realtor Cancellation: It is the policy of Star Inspections Services, Inc, that if inspection services are cancelled at least 48 hours prior to inspection no service fees will be charged. If the inspection services are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the inspection, Star Inspection Services, Inc. reserves the right to charge the client and/or Realtor a $125.00 service fee. Inspector Cancellations: If for any reason this inspection company has to cancel inspection services due to illness, emergencies, etc., Star Inspection Services, Inc. will re-schedule your inspection and reduce your inspection fee by $50.00.
